Our Story

From a coffee cart, with love.

Coopertine started as a little coffee cart in Connecticut — a project of two Puerto Rican dog parents who believe a good drink should feel like a hug. From ceremonial-grade matcha to creamy lattes (and pup cups for the very good boys and girls), every cup is poured with intention.

This summer we're putting down roots in Simsbury — a quiet, sun-soft space where you can slow down, sip, and stay a while.
